This series includes: 5 playful group workshops, weekly 1:1 therapeutic coaching sessions, healing-focused methodology and pedagogy, and community & individual growth opportunities. The group sessions will occur once/week, and the 1:1 coaching will also occur once/week.

Location: Sawtooth Building, Berkeley, CA.

Group Workshops: Tuesdays 7-9pm
1:1 Coaching: Scheduled individually between therapists and participants.
